  • Project goals

    Creation of a voice AI assistant for an auto service center that automates the initial processing of incoming calls.

    The system should be  developed so that customers calling the auto service center can immediately receive a consultation, provide information about their car issue, and book a service appointment without a manager’s involvement.

    In complex cases or for non-standard requests, the call can be redirected to a live specialist.

Functionality

1. Processing incoming calls through the ElevenLabs AI agent LLM Claude Sonnet 4

2. Conducting a dialogue with the customer based on predefined scenarios

3. Collecting information about the vehicle and the customer’s issue

4. Providing consultation on the auto service center’s services and pricing

5. Using the knowledge base ElevenLabs to answer customer questions

6. Redirecting the call to a live manager when needed

7. Transferring all customer data via n8n to the Bitrix24 CRM system
